Target Information
Galectin 3는 IgE를 결합하는 갈락토스 특이적 렉틴으로, CSPG4에 의한 내피세포 이동 자극을 α3β1 인테그린과 매개할 수 있습니다. DMBT1과 함께 배아 초기의 원주 상피세포의 최종 분화에 필요하며, 핵 내에서는 pre-mRNA 스플라이싱 인자로 작용합니다. 또한 급성 염증 반응에 관여하여 호중구 활성화 및 부착, 단핵구/대식세포의 화학주성, 세포사멸 호중구의 옵소닌화, 비만세포 활성화 등에 역할을 합니다.
