Target Information
CD1a는 비다형성 MHC Class I 관련 세포 표면 당단백질로, Beta 2 microglobulin과 함께 발현됩니다. 주로 피질 흉선세포, Langerhans 세포, interdigitating 세포에서 발현되며, 일부 T 세포 계통의 악성종양 및 histiocytosis X에서도 발현됩니다. CD1a는 지질 및 당지질 항원을 T 세포에 제시하는 역할을 하며, 인간 게놈에는 CD1a, b, c, d, e의 다섯 가지 CD1 유전자군이 존재합니다. CD1a는 세포막과 초기 엔도시토시스 시스템의 재활용 소포에 위치합니다. 대체 스플라이싱된 전사체 변이도 보고된 바 있으나, 생물학적 유효성은 확인되지 않았습니다.
