Target Information
F4/80 항원은 160 kDa의 세포 표면 당단백질로, EGF TM7 단백질 계열에 속하며 인간 EMR1과 약 68%의 아미노산 서열 유사성을 가집니다. 이 단백질은 다양한 성숙 대식세포(예: Kupffer 세포, Langerhans 세포, 미세아교세포, 장 점막 고유층, 복강, 폐, 흉선, 골수 기질, 비장 적수질 등)에 발현됩니다. 일부 수지상세포에서도 발현되지만, T 세포 영역의 대식세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 최근 연구에서는 F4/80이 CD8+ 조절 T 세포의 생성에 관여할 가능성이 제시되었습니다.
