Target Information
CD25 (IL2 receptor alpha chain, IL2RA)은 T 및 B 림프구의 증식에 관여하는 사이토카인 수용체입니다.
이 수용체는 IL2RA, IL2RB, IL2RG 세 가지 사슬로 구성된 고친화성 IL2 수용체 복합체를 형성합니다.
IL2는 주로 성숙한 T 세포에서 생산되며, 세포 성장, 분화, 사멸 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
유전자 결손 시 면역 반응 이상 및 염증성 질환이 유발될 수 있습니다.
