A BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with mouse and human based on 100% sequence homology.
Cross-reactivity with NFkB K310ac from other sources has not been determined.

Target Information

Nuclear factor kB p65 (NF-kB p65) is encoded by the RELA gene and is located on chromosome 11 in humans.
NF-kB p65, also known as RelA, belongs to the Rel family of proteins and forms heterodimers with p50 or p52 subunits of NF-kB.
Upon TNFα binding to its receptor, IKK is phosphorylated, leading to phosphorylation and degradation of IκB, which releases NF-kB to translocate into the nucleus.
NF-kB p65 plays a key role in transcription of immunoglobulin κ gene in mature B-lymphoid cells.
