For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The CCM2 gene encodes a scaffold protein involved in the stress-activated p38 MAPK signaling cascade. It interacts with SMURF1 via a phosphotyrosine binding domain to promote RhoA degradation. This protein is essential for normal cytoskeletal structure, cell-cell interactions, and lumen formation in endothelial cells. Mutations in this gene cause cerebral cavernous malformations. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
