Invitrogen™ ViraPower™ HiPerform™ Lentiviral TOPO™ Expression Kit

The ViraPower™ HiPerform™ Lentiviral TOPO™ Expression Kit provides all components required to generate lentivirus, including the vector kit, 293FT cell line, and support kit. This system combines Invitrogen’s ViraPower™ HiPerform™ Lentiviral and TOPO™ technologies for rapid PCR-based cloning and high-level lentiviral expression of target genes in both dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells.

The pLenti6.3⁄V5-TOPO™ vector includes two critical genetic elements — the Woodchuck Posttranscriptional Regulatory Element (WPRE) and the central Polypurine Tract (cPPT) sequence from the HIV-1 integrase gene — enabling up to a 4-fold increase in protein expression compared with vectors lacking these elements.
