Target Information
Rab11A는 Ras 관련 GTP 결합 단백질의 YPT-1 서브패밀리에 속합니다. Rab11A mRNA는 뇌, 고환, 비장, 심장, 위장 점막 등 다양한 조직에서 검출됩니다. 위저부에서는 Rab11A 단백질이 벽세포의 소포막에 발현됩니다. Rab11A 단백질은 특정 상피세포 집단에서 발현되며, 세포의 꼭대기 부위 소포에 위치합니다. 최근 연구에 따르면 Rab11A는 신경세포에서 α-synuclein의 재분비에 필수적이며, 방광 umbrella 세포의 소포 분비에도 필요합니다. 또한 Rab11A는 Birbeck 과립 생합성과 PI3K/AKT 신호경로의 엔도솜 활성화에 관여합니다.
