Target Information
Glucocorticoid Receptor (NR3C1)는 글루코코르티코이드의 수용체로서 전사인자 및 다른 전사인자의 조절자로 작용합니다. 이 수용체는 heat shock factor 및 immunophilin과 함께 복합체를 형성하며, 리간드 결합 시 핵으로 이동합니다. 심장 조직(심방, 심실, 대동맥 등)에 발현되며, 다양한 스플라이싱 및 프로모터 사용으로 여러 변형체를 생성합니다. NR3C1 유전자 변이는 글루코코르티코이드 저항성(cortisol resistance)을 유발할 수 있습니다. GR은 chaperone 단백질 복합체와 결합하여 활성화되며, dexamethasone 등 스테로이드에 나노몰 수준의 친화도를 보입니다.
