Target Information
EZH2 (Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase)는 Polycomb-group (PcG) 단백질군에 속하며, PcG 구성원들은 세포 세대에 걸쳐 유전자 전사 억제 상태를 유지하는 복합체를 형성합니다.
이 단백질은 embryonic ectoderm development 단백질, VAV1 온코단백질, X-linked nuclear 단백질과 결합합니다.
EZH2는 조혈계 및 중추신경계에서 중요한 역할을 할 수 있으며, EZH2 변이는 Weaver syndrome(WVS)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
