Target Information
Cbl 단백질은 활성화된 티로신 키나아제를 분해 대상으로 지정하여 신호 전달을 음성 조절하는 유비퀴틴 단백질 리가아제(E3) 계열에 속합니다. Cbl-c는 최근에 클로닝된 Cbl 단백질로, 상피세포에서만 발현됩니다. 다른 Cbl 단백질과 마찬가지로 활성화된 EGFR을 유비퀴틴화하여 분해를 유도합니다. SRC homology-2(SH2) 및 SH3 도메인을 가진 단백질과의 상호작용을 통해 CBL 단백질은 하위 신호전달을 조절합니다.
