Target Information
This antibody targets MORC2, which exhibits a cytosolic function in lipogenesis, adipogenic differentiation, and lipid homeostasis by increasing ACLY activity and possibly preventing its dephosphorylation. It may act as a transcriptional repressor and down-regulates CA9 expression.
