Target Information
STRO-1은 인간 골수의 스트로말 요소에서 발현되는 세포 표면 항원입니다. 약 10%의 골수 단핵 세포에 결합하며, 그중 95% 이상은 핵을 가진 적혈구 전구세포입니다. STRO-1은 CFU-GM, BFU-E, CFU-Mix와 같은 분화된 전구세포에는 반응하지 않습니다.
STRO-1 양성/Glycophorin A 음성 세포군은 STRO-1 양성/Glycophorin A 양성 세포군보다 섬유아세포 집락 형성 세포(CFU-F)가 약 100배 풍부합니다.
장기 골수 배양 조건에서 STRO-1 양성 세포는 지방세포, 평활근 세포, 섬유모세포 등 다양한 스트로말 세포층을 형성합니다.
STRO-1 양성 골수 세포는 혈액 생성 지지 스트로말 세포, 지방세포, 골아세포, 연골세포 등 여러 중간엽 계통으로 분화할 수 있습니다.
STRO-1 항체는 인간 골수 스트로말 세포 전구체의 식별, 분리 및 기능적 특성 분석에 유용합니다.
