For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The RGS17 gene encodes a member of the regulator of G-protein signaling family.
This protein contains a conserved 120 amino acid RGS domain and a cysteine-rich region.
It attenuates G-protein signaling by binding to activated, GTP-bound G alpha subunits and acting as a GTPase activating protein (GAP).
This increases the rate of GTP hydrolysis to GDP, allowing G alpha subunits to reassociate with G beta/gamma heterodimers, forming inactive G-protein heterotrimers and terminating the signal.
