Target Information
CDK2/cyclinO는 CyclinO와 복합체를 이루는 cyclin-dependent protein kinase 계열의 단백질입니다. CyclinO는 UNG 유전자의 특정 단백질 이소폼으로 핵에만 존재하며, uracil-DNA glycosylase 활성을 보입니다. CDK2/cyclinO 단백질 수준은 G1기 동안 증가하며 세포 주기 동안 조절됩니다. Cyclin A-cdk2 복합체는 G1/S 전이에 최대 수준에 도달하며, DNA 복제 개시 복합체 내에서 DNA와 결합되어 있습니다. Rb 단백질은 cdk2-cyclin E 및/또는 cdk2-cyclin A의 기질로 작용합니다. Cdk2는 G1 후반기, S기 및 G2기 동안 활성화되어 핵에 특이적으로 위치합니다.
