Target Information
Cbl 단백질은 유비퀴틴 단백질 리가아제(E3) 계열로, 활성화된 티로신 키나아제를 분해 대상으로 지정하여 신호 전달을 음성 조절합니다.
Cbl-c는 Cbl 단백질 중 가장 최근에 클로닝된 형태로, 상피세포에서만 발현되며, EGFR을 유비퀴틴화하여 분해를 유도할 수 있습니다.
CBL 단백질은 SH2 및 SH3 도메인을 가진 단백질과 상호작용하여 세포 내 신호 전달을 조절합니다.
