Target Information
Technetium Tc-99m nofetumomab merpentan (Tc-99m nm)는 IgG2b 형태의 pancarcinoma murine antibody NR-LU-10의 Fab fragment로 구성되어 있습니다.
NR-LU-10 항체는 다양한 암종과 일부 정상 조직에서 발현되는 40 kDa 당단백질 항원에 결합합니다. Tc-99m nm은 Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma KG에서 개발되었으며, 1992년 9월 14일 FDA 승인을 받았습니다. 이후 2013년 8월 13일 단종되었으나, 2018년 FDA 제출 목록에는 활성 상태의 type II 약물물질로 등재되어 있습니다.
Tc-99m nm의 작용 기전은 nofetumomab이 pancarcinoma 항원 EpCAM 및/또는 CD20/MS4A1을 인식하고, merpentan이 technetium 결합을 위한 linker로 작용하는 데 기반합니다.
