Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵을 가진 조혈세포에서 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 포스파테이스(PTP)로, 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지합니다. 비조혈계 세포 및 조직에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
이 단백질은 림프구 발달과 항원 신호전달의 중요한 조절자로, Src-family kinase를 조절하며, T 및 B 세포 수용체 신호전달의 필수 조절자입니다. 또한 세포 생존, integrin 매개 신호전달, apoptosis 중 DNA fragmentation, 다양한 면역학적 기능 조절에도 관여합니다.
CD45 단백질은 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 이소폼으로 존재하며, 세포 유형과 생리적 상태에 따라 발현이 다릅니다.
