Target Information
WDR77은 20S PRMT5 함유 메틸트랜스퍼라제 복합체의 구성 요소로, 여러 spliceosomal Sm 단백질의 특정 아르기닌을 디메틸아르기닌으로 변형합니다. 이러한 변형은 Sm 단백질을 survival of motor neurons (SMN) 복합체로 유도하여 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein core particle로 조립되도록 합니다.
