Target Information
Norepinephrine Transporter (NET, 또는 noradrenaline transporter, NAT)는 시냅스에서 노르아드레날린을 다시 소포로 운반하여 저장하는 모노아민 수송체입니다. 도파민도 부분적으로 같은 방식으로 운반합니다. 주요 우울증 환자의 청색반(locus coeruleus)에서는 NET 수준 감소가 보고되었습니다. 코카인, 암페타민 및 SNRI, TCA 등 항우울제는 노르아드레날린 농도를 상승시킵니다. 또한 NET 유전자 결핍은 ADHD와 관련이 있습니다.
