Thermo Scientific Nalgene 5-Liter Shake Flasks with angled or faceted bottom are ideal for performing large-scale suspension cell culture.
The faceted-bottom flask supports culture of various cell types, while the angled-bottom flask is specifically designed for scale-up of sensitive cell types and transient transfection with the ExpiCHO Expression System.
Each shake flask includes a vented cap and is made of clear PETG, offering robustness and break resistance.
