Target Information
EPS15 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in cell growth regulation and may regulate mitogenic signaling and cell proliferation. Phosphorylation of EPS15 on Tyrosine 849 upon DNA damage is involved in EGFR internalization. Chromosomal aberrations involving EPS15 are associated with acute leukemias and may produce abnormal activator proteins.
