Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin)은 Type I 막단백질로, 인간 혈관 내피세포에서 고도로 발현됩니다. O- 및 N-당화된 호모다이머 형태로 존재하며, 종양 혈관 및 증식 세포에서 발현이 증가하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 이는 세포 증식과 관련된 내피세포 마커로 간주됩니다. CD105는 TGF-β1 및 TGF-β3에 높은 친화도로 결합하지만 TGF-β2에는 결합하지 않습니다.
