Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
FZD10 (Frizzled-10) is a 581-amino-acid protein belonging to the G-protein–coupled receptor Fz/Smo family. It includes a signal peptide, a cysteine-rich N-terminal domain, seven transmembrane domains, and a C-terminal PDZ domain-binding motif. FZD10 participates in signal transduction and intercellular communication of polarity information during tissue morphogenesis. It serves as a receptor for Wnt proteins. Expression is high in placenta, fetal kidney, fetal lung, brain cerebellum, cerebral cortex, medulla, and spinal cord, with low levels in adult brain, heart, lung, and skeletal muscle.
