Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TRMT2A encodes a protein of unknown function but is orthologous to the mouse Trmt2a gene and contains an RNA methyltransferase domain.
Expression of TRMT2A varies during the cell cycle, and abnormal expression may serve as a biomarker in certain breast cancers.
Multiple transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been identified.
