DYNC1I1은 세포질 다이닌 1 복합체의 비촉매 보조 구성 요소 중 하나로, 다이닌과 화물 및 조절 단백질 간 결합에 관여합니다. 세포질 다이닌 1은 소포 및 세포 소기관의 미세소관을 따라 역행 수송을 담당하는 모터 단백질 복합체입니다. 중간 사슬은 다이닌이 다이낵틴의 150 kDa 구성 요소(p150-glued, DCNT1)에 결합하도록 매개합니다. 또한 세포질 다이닌이 막성 소기관 및 키네토코어와 상호작용하는 데 관여할 수 있습니다.
