Target Information
S-100 계열의 칼슘 활성 단백질은 다양한 표적 단백질과 상호작용하여 생물학적 신호 경로를 조절합니다.
여러 암세포주에서 S-100A10은 세포 표면에서 Annexin II와 이합체를 형성하며 과발현됩니다.
S-100A10은 또한 B형 간염 바이러스(Hepatitis B virus) 중합효소의 세포 내 샤페론으로 작용하여, 바이러스 복제 과정에서 칼슘 및 S-100A10의 역할을 시사합니다.
