Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Microtubules are dynamic intracellular polymers composed of alpha/beta-tubulin heterodimers and associated proteins (MAPs). They exhibit intrinsic polarity with dynamic plus and minus ends, essential for cell division, shape maintenance, and intracellular transport.
Alpha-tubulin (~50 kDa) exists as part of soluble dimers or polymerized microtubules and is encoded by multiple genes in humans (six known alpha-tubulin genes).
