Target Information
ZAP-70는 Syk 단백질 계열에 속하는 세포질성 단백질 티로신 키나아제로, T세포 및 자연살해세포에만 발현됩니다. T세포 수용체(TCR) 활성화에 필수적이며, TCR 결합 시 ZAP70은 SH2와 kinase 도메인 사이의 interdomain B 내 tyrosine 292, 315, 319에서 인산화됩니다.
Tyrosine 315(Vav 결합 부위)와 319(Lck 결합 부위)의 인산화는 림프구 신호전달을 강화하며, tyrosine 292의 인산화는 ZAP70의 일시적 활성화를 종결시켜 신호를 조절합니다.
