Target Information
Optineurin 유전자는 coiled-coil 구조를 가진 단백질을 암호화하며, 정상안압 녹내장 및 성인 발병 개방각 녹내장과 관련이 있을 수 있습니다.
Optineurin은 adenovirus E3-14.7K 단백질과 상호작용하며, TNF-α 또는 Fas-ligand 경로를 통해 세포자멸사, 염증 또는 혈관수축을 매개할 수 있습니다.
또한 RAB8, huntingtin, transcription factor IIIA 단백질과의 상호작용을 통해 세포 형태형성, 막 및 소포 수송, 전사 활성화에 관여할 수 있습니다.
대체 스플라이싱을 통해 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 여러 전사 변형체가 생성됩니다.
