Target Information
ACVR1B는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, 세포 신호 전달과 통신에 관여합니다. 여러 절단된 ACVR1B 이소폼이 인간 뇌하수체 종양에서 특이적으로 발현되는 것으로 보고되었습니다. ACVR1B의 돌연변이는 췌장 선암에서 관찰되었습니다. Type I 및 II 수용체는 리간드 결합 후 안정적인 복합체를 형성하며, Type II 수용체가 Type I 수용체를 인산화시킵니다.
ACVR1B는 activin A type IB receptor를 암호화하며, 11개의 엑손으로 구성됩니다. 대체 스플라이싱 및 대체 폴리아데닐화로 인해 3개의 완전한 전사체 변이가 보고되었으며, 잠재적인 네 번째 변이는 대체 엑손 8을 포함하고 엑손 9–11이 결여되어 있으나, 그 mRNA 발현은 확인되지 않았습니다.
