DAPK3 (ZIPK)는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, 세포 이동성, 평활근 수축, 세포 사멸 과정에 기능적으로 관련되어 있습니다. ZIPK로 암호화되며, 각질형성세포의 데스모좀 및 각질화된 외피의 구성 요소입니다. N-말단 도메인은 세포막과 상호작용하고, C-말단은 중간 필라멘트와 결합합니다. Rod 도메인을 통해 envoplakin과 복합체를 형성하며, AKT1/PKB와 상호작용하여 세포 성장 및 생존 신호전달에 관여할 수 있습니다.
