NDiff 227: Neural Differentiation Medium
NDiff 227 is a defined, serum-free, N2- and B-27-supplemented medium for neural differentiation of mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells in adherent monoculture (Ying et al., 2003).
It can also be supplemented to support long-term pluripotent stem cell culture.
Successive withdrawal of the supplements induces differentiation into the neural lineage.
