Target Information
PLEKHG2 may act as a transforming oncogene with exchange activity for CDC42. It may function as a guanine-nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for RAC1 and CDC42 and can be activated by binding to the beta and gamma subunits of heterotrimeric G proteins.
