이 항체는 Armenian hamster IgG의 heavy chain 및 대부분의 hamster immunoglobulin의 light chain과 반응합니다. 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질에 대한 반응은 검출되지 않았습니다.
ELISA 및 고체상 흡착법으로 테스트되어 소, 인간, 마우스, 토끼, 랫트 혈청 단백질과의 교차 반응이 최소화되었으나, 다른 종의 면역글로불린과 교차 반응할 수 있습니다.
