Target Information
Steroid 5alpha-Reductase는 안드로겐 생리에서 중요한 효소로, 테스토스테론을 더 강력한 5alpha-dihydro-testosterone으로 전환시켜 표적 조직에서 안드로겐 효과를 매개합니다.
이 효소는 두 가지 이소형으로 존재합니다.
- Type 1: 주로 피부에서 발현
