The improved KB basecaller algorithm provides up to 100 more high-quality bases compared to other algorithms. It delivers longer read lengths with high-quality base pairs, supports mixed basecalling with quality values, and ensures accurate results even for short PCR fragments.

Easily Review Sequencing Results with Quality Values

You can customize and color-code quality values to visually distinguish low-, medium-, and high-quality bases. The software automatically trims low-quality ends, grays them out for easy identification, and calculates a sample score (average quality value for untrimmed regions).

Reduce Data Screening Time

Quality Control (QC) reports provide read length and sample score for each sample file, enabling sorting by quality. Each QC report is hyperlinked to its source data, eliminating manual review and streamlining batch analysis.
