Target Information

이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 tRNA 3' 말단 처리 엔도리보뉴클레이스 활성을 가지며, precursor tRNA의 3' 트레일러를 제거합니다. 또한 Smad2 및 그 핵 파트너인 forkhead box H1(FAST-1)과 상호작용하며, 발현 감소 시 TGF-β 유도 성장 억제를 억제할 수 있습니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 전립선암 위험 증가와 관련이 있습니다. 여러 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화합니다.
