Target Information
TRAC-1은 N-말단 RING-type zinc finger 도메인을 포함하는 232 아미노산 단백질로, T-cell receptor 신호 전달 경로에서 양성 조절자로 작용하여 T-cell 활성화를 유도합니다. 또한 표적 단백질의 유비퀴틴화 및 단백질 분해를 매개합니다. TRAC-1은 골수, 비장, 흉선 등 림프조직뿐 아니라 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 특히 CD4+ 및 CD8+ T 세포에서 우세하게 발현됩니다.
