Target Information
Small Maf 단백질은 전사 활성화 도메인이 없어 서로 이합체를 형성할 때 전사 억제자로 작용합니다. 그러나 큰 basic-zipper 단백질과 이합체를 형성할 경우 전사 활성화 인자로 작용할 수 있습니다. Small Maf 단백질은 Fos와 이합체를 형성하여 NF-E2 전사 인자의 경쟁적 억제자로 기능할 수 있습니다.
