ViewRNA™ Colorimetric Tissue 1-Plex Kits

The ViewRNA 1-Plex Kits enable sensitive and specific colorimetric detection for in situ hybridization (ISH) of a single RNA target in tissue using branched DNA (bDNA) signal amplification technology and the Fast Red, Fast Blue, and DAB substrates. ViewRNA Tissue probe sets are sold separately.

ViewRNA Colorimetric Tissue assays are RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assays for the reliable detection of mRNA targets within tissue sections at single-copy sensitivity. The ViewRNA assays use proprietary chemistry for the target-specific probe sets along with branched DNA (bDNA) technology to amplify target-specific signal and achieve superior signal-to-noise ratios compared to traditional colorimetric ISH signal amplification methods, which often amplify both the signal and background.
