Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PDE2A (phosphodiesterase 2A) is a 100 kD cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with three isoforms (PDE2A1, PDE2A2, PDE2A3) generated by alternative splicing.
It degrades both cAMP and cGMP, more efficiently degrading cGMP. PDE2A is highly expressed in the brain, particularly in the cerebellum and neocortex.
It is implicated in erectile dysfunction and regulation of endothelial cell barrier function.
