Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse C10 is observed.
- In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human MIP-1 alpha, MIP-1 beta, mouse MIP-1 beta, and human MIP-1 gamma is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
MIP-1 gamma is a CC chemokine found in murine blood and various murine tissues, with no known human homolog.
It signals through the CCR1 receptor and acts as a chemoattractant for neutrophils, while inhibiting colony formation of bone marrow myeloid immature progenitors.
MIP-1 gamma contains six cysteines, including four conserved residues typical of CC chemokines.
