Target Information

이 유전자는 IQ motif containing J (IQCJ)와 schwannomin interacting protein 1 (SCHIP1) 유전자의 자연적 read-through 전사를 나타냅니다.
대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 두 유전자의 in-frame 엑손으로 구성된 다양한 전사 변이가 생성됩니다.
이 융합 단백질들은 축삭 초기 분절(axon initial segments) 및 Ranvier 결절의 다분자 복합체 구성 요소로 작용하며, 칼슘 매개 반응에 관여할 수 있습니다.
