- Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla (100%); Monkey (94%)
- For IHC(P), use proteinase K antigen retrieval.
- After incubation with the primary antibody, slides should be incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

GPCR GPR43 belongs to the carboxylic acid subfamily and is primarily expressed in immune cells, including monocytes and neutrophils.
