For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Major PP families include PP1, PP2A, PP2B (calcineurin), and PP2C, with PP4 (PPX) as an additional member. The PP2A family contains subunits PP2Aα and PP2Aβ, which associate with various regulatory subunits such as PP2A-Aα, -Aβ, PP2A-Bα, -Bβ, PP2A-Cα, -Cβ, and PP2A-B56α, -B56β.
