Target Information
NPDC-1 (neuronal proliferation, differentiation and control protein 1)은 신경 전구세포의 증식 억제 및 분화 시작 시 발현되는 유전자 연구를 통해 발견되었습니다. NPDC-1을 형질전환 세포에 도입하면 세포 증식 속도가 감소하고 여러 변형 특성이 억제됩니다. NPDC-1은 뇌와 폐에서 차등적으로 발현되며, 전사 인자 E2F-1, D형 사이클린, cdk2와 직접 상호작용합니다. 또한 retinoic acid 매개 전사 조절에 관여하며, 단백질 수준과 활성은 인산화에 의한 proteasomal 분해로 조절됩니다.
