Target Information

NME1은 전이성이 높은 세포에서 낮은 mRNA 전사 수준으로 인해 확인된 단백질입니다. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK)는 A(NME1)와 B(NME2) 아이소폼으로 구성된 헥사머 형태로 존재합니다. 이 유전자에서의 돌연변이는 공격적인 신경모세포종에서 발견되었습니다. 두 가지 전사 변이체가 존재하며, NME1과 NME2의 공동 전사로 인해 두 단백질의 서열을 공유하는 융합 단백질이 형성됩니다.
