Target Information

MET (cMET)은 수용체형 티로신 키나아제로, 다양한 인간 암종에서 이상 발현이 보고된 단백질입니다. 리간드 결합 후 PI3-kinase의 PIK3R1, PLCG1, SRC, GRB2, STAT3와 상호작용하며, RAS-ERK, PI3K-AKT, PLCγ-PKC 등 신호전달 경로를 활성화합니다.
MET은 배아 발달(위형성, 근육 및 신경 발달, 혈관신생, 신장 형성)뿐 아니라 성체의 상처 치유, 장기 재생, 조직 재형성에도 관여합니다. 위암, 신장암, 유방암 등 다양한 암과 관련되어 있으며, 암 치료제 및 진단 연구의 주요 타겟으로 사용됩니다.
