Recombinant Human Growth Hormone-releasing Factor (GHRH) is produced using a mammalian expression system. The target gene encoding Pro21–Leu75 is expressed with an Fc tag at the C-terminus.
생물학적 정보
Growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) is a 44-amino acid peptide hormone produced in the arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus. It stimulates the secretion of growth hormone from the adenohypophysis. GHRH expression begins between 18 and 29 weeks of gestation, coinciding with fetal growth hormone production.
